LB killed over 130,000 people, but Japanese of- ficials did not respond quickly enough, three days la- ter, on August 9, 1945 the USA dropped another 'A' bomb (code name, Fat Man) on a difference seaport. Af- ter FM, killed over 70,000 people, Japan's top leader(s) wasted no time in signing a truce to end WWII. WMDs (n): Weapons of Mass Destruction. Imperious (adj): intensely compelling; urgent.
