She's the little girl mommy always wanted
Kissed and caressed throughout all Aisha's dreams
Yet until now, a wispy wish that's taunted
Like many other things that fell through life's seams
Angels finally heard, granting baby wishes
Heaven sent a bouquet of girlie riches
Boys are great, but it's a girl that she wanted,
Rosy cheeks, surrounded by soft curly hair,
Opened her eyes, watching the world undaunted,
Offered a smile to everyone who was there,
Kindled a love only babies can ignite,
Exciting every person within her sight.
