High upon the cliff of financial fornication, shining
Their razor sharp dullness of praise as their own
Precise generalizations scream through the crowded
Empty canyons of truth in the dark hell of deception below
They sit bethroned upon their barstools of responsibility
And political integrity ... firmly tethered
To their cordless mouse guiding the brilliantly invisible cursor
Of meaning and critical purpose
Through the icy cold flame of truth,
As they plan their own escape from the jagged cotton rocks below
By leaping into the massive blanket of quietly screaming crows
They have gathered below to ravage the ripe-rotted cornfields
Of America's small businesses and hard-working souls
With their first and final proclamation of destiny to all of the brilliant
Idiot voters who gave them grace and power: They silently yell!!
