A Haunting
Slanted walls
Creaking floors
Creatures reflect in
Mirrors once more
Breathy sounds
Dark corners glow
Fear lurks around
Shadows moving slow
Footsteps on stairs
Attic windows creak
Spirits go in and out
Creating fear they seek
Cold wind blows
All windows closed
Spirits which haunt
Can’t be disposed
Darkness approaches
Townsfolk fear
This time of day
Frightening things appear
Entire town
Haunted at night
Age old graveyard
Spook’s delight
For it was here
A hundred years past
Deed was done
Evil forever to last
With anymore
I cannot cope
Crazy I‘’ve gone
Give me a rope
