Unclean and filthy here am I, Seven times wash, ten came One returned, the beautiful gate Gracefully earned its name.   Concerned not for the cups outside, With sinners sat unclean, Bright snow a hallowed gleam, such, he Purifies and redeems.   For evil thought, just power enough To stain that mortal frame; For thought of good, his love abide, Form in the Saviours name.   His throne atoning blood, unclean Sin my inner man thought; My life mends he its wasted days, Those thoughts forgiveness brought.   Your life in which condemns low heart; Heavy millstone grinds lean, Just ask in prayer; make it new, For our Christ’s blood is clean.     Author Notes Just a thought.
