.
to still the dark and murky gruel
that lurks within the mind,
and quiet stagnant purple pools
where memory is lined
there lies a vitalizing source
to bathe our soul within,
a vibrant loving force,
to find our hopes therein
to still the violent violet tone
and paint a peaceful lilac hue;
our giving hearts to gently hone,
divine amazing grace, imbue
to breathe above harsh fears' mountain
and spring forth from despair’s dream;
then renew our spirit’s fountain
and float in deep forgiveness’ stream
to choose the path that twists and turns
yet hold it true and straight in pain,
to do it anyway and learn
the way of truth is plain …
we make the choices, wrong or right
are lead by hate, or love's pure might
