It is all about Arizona  There're many things I really like,  we have pretty blooming cacti  the Grand Canyon, we can hike. There are many lakes and forests, where we can hunt and we can fish. But we only have three seasons ,  Pleasant springs, falls and winters the one season missing is HOT! Recognized Author Notes I have now lived in Arizona for about 6 1/2 years and I am adjusted to the climate here. Most of the seasons here are very pleasant. The one exception would be summer, because it does get quite hot. Yet, there are a lot of beautiful things in Arizona which have a very unique beauty about them. The cactus in the photo is many years old to tell you how old it is, this I cannot do, but for it to be this size and to have that many arms it had to been around for a very long time. I am always intrigued when we are driving along and I see these beautiful cacti on the hillside. There are quite a few of them located in the residential areas to, but because they grow too big people will avoid planting them close to their house. When they bloom in early summer, they have blossoms usually on the top of each of the arms and the blossoms are very beautiful. We have smaller ground cacti that also blooms and they are very unique as well, but because it is so dry they are plants that grows well in the desert. There are many activities in Arizona and something which could be to the liking of any person who visits here. Really, these are only a few of the things that I like about this desert place. And I am so pleased to be able to call it my home for the next few years that I may have remaining on this planet. So if you are in our area, find something that is really unique to you and I am sure you will find it.
