Dishwasher is loaded, I pushed door to close. It wouldn’t! Could I see anything blocking the way? I couldn’t. I moved things around and tried door again. No luck. Where machinery is concerned, I feel like a definite schmuck  So … Took everything out, I hand washed and dried, A pain. Reached over to close the (stupid) washer door Again.   Click. Recognized Author Notes time for a new one. When my granddaughter was young, she was learning to skate ( in my house). She came swirling into my kitchen, the dishwasher door was open, and she lost her balance and sat on the door. I want you to know, that door still closed, and the dishwasher has worked all these years. I think it got tired.
