“I ain’t no Holocaust Girl,” my nine-year-old belted out.   I knew she’d been reading Anne Frank’s Diary with great interest. “What’re you singing?”  “I heard it on the radio. Somebody named Gwen was singing it. I think she likes Anne Frank.”   “Gwen Stefani?” “Yep.”   “That song is called Hollaback Girl.”  Writing Prompt Write a humorous 50 word story. 50 words exactly. No need to have a beginning, a conflict or resolution. Just tell something funny in 50 words. No poetry. Author Notes This happened a couple of weeks ago and made me belly laugh. Kids seem to hear what they want to.
