I wake up today and I got bumped down one notch by the harsh reality. Single don't mingle well with happy married people. The evil spirit said: "Better be unhappy than single!" The good one jumped: "Shut up! Better be alone and happy that crying all the time and waiting for things that will never happen!" I silence both: "I am grateful for seeing the light. God is with me, so I'm blessed. I'm saved." Writing Prompt Write a story on any topic. But you must use only 75 words to tell your story. Exactly 75 words. Title not included in the count. Author Notes I am not cut up to be alone, but for now my refugee it's God's blessing in disguise. I will blossom again but this time in the right garden:)
