An attractive woman pulled a box of cereal from the supermarket shelf. I said, “That’s my brand. No sugar.” “Thanks.” She dropped it in her cart. “Would you like to go for coffee?” She looked me over, then said, “Okay, Starbucks on the corner.” We enjoyed each other’s company. She invited me to her place for dinner. “Love to,” I said. “Be there at seven.” I rang. She opened the door. Gave her flowers. “Perfect, my husband has dinner ready.”   Writing Prompt Write a complete story in 80 words or less. The theme is 'Surprise.' You may incorporate this theme into the story any way you wish, but it must somehow relate to the topic.
