I love the song "Downtown" by Petrula Clark. It is an upbeat song, a song I could dance to. She sings it in a way that makes me feel happy. I could listen to songs like this more than once a day. The song mentions that going down is a place we can go when we forget all our troubles and cares and when we are sad and lonely.  Writing Prompt Growing up we all had a special singer or band that made our hearts leap, made us dream. In less than 70 words write about your favourite solo artist or band and the song they sing that still tugs at your heart today.
