The good days are gone
Shiver and shake everyone
Destiny has a large prong
Praise the Lord with song
We cannot pretend all is well
Nor hope it will ring our bell
A mad rush to feed our greed
Even tho' there is no need
Peace will come when battles stop
God had told us to finish this rot
Nothing will sate our greed
Because nothing will fill our need
Seas will rise, buildings fall
Men will die, tho not all
Before we are reborn
We must suffer the scorn
He who gave us life and light
Will chain Satan with His might
Be not afraid of His power
For coming is His Heavenly shower

Yesterday has gone, a new dawning will light the skies. Men will die, some lifted up bodily to heaven. We cannot be an ostrich and bury our heads, nothing will work. Friends and siblings will fight and mothers and fathers too. Lift up your eyes to Him who alone has our souls safely in his Heavenly Hands.
