I was so sorry to hear of August’s passing.  Knowing the pain his daughter is going through, all I can offer in the way of comfort are my prayers.   I didn’t know him well, but his poetry showed a very sensitive, caring, and loving man who wrote from his heart.  He portrayed emotions in his unique way, describing them very vividly, and making the reader feel them along with himself.   Now he has gone to his forever home, awaiting all who cared for him, sharing his wonderful talent with all the saints in Heaven.   Recognized
