Everyone handles it in their own way.
There are some days that we just have to cry.
We will need to get on our knees and pray.
It is hard when a loved one has to die.
Although our loved one's no longer in pain,
Their death just takes part of our heart away.
We know one day we will see them again.
We'll love being with them again one day.
We will have friends and family that care.
They will try to understand how we feel.
Our tender thoughts and our feelings we'll share.
It might take a while for us to heal.
Our friends try to give us comfort we need.
Our pain, grief will lessen along the way.
Jesus and our Father are friends indeed.
God will listen to every word we say.
Our loved one's passing helps our faith be strong.
It helps our testimony grow strong too.
We hope that in our hearts it won't be long
Until we no longer feel alone, blue.

Sadness has overcome us all at one time or another. Either caused by a relative or close friend's death or from the girl or guy that broke our heart or just life in general. We all handle situations differently, some good, some bad. This contest gives us the ability to explore this.
