You were here just yesterday, now today you are gone. My world was complete then, now it's broken in two. Author Notes Though it could be about the loss of a spouse or lover, I wrote this about the disappearance of a beloved kitty. This was exactly how it came to me. I would welcome any changes that would keep the meaning yet improve its quality.
