the word scumbagery refers to the actions of a scumbag. A scumbag is a self-centered, narcissistic A-hole. Unfortunately, there are a lot of them around. Senator Ted Cruz is almost a poster child for a scumbag after his attempted Cancun vacation in the middle of the worst winter in modern history left millions freezing in the cold.
