It is truly God's bridge between the heavens and earth
His way of surpassing the physical to sense the spiritual
This simple refraction dispersing seven colors of brilliance
Initiating water droplets ensuing a dazzling array of colors
Rainbow clouds contain the spiritual significance of hope
Insight, promise; many cultures have linked to the divine
Shall we contemplate on the above and not take for granted
The radiant rainbow, God's pot of gold given to us so freely
An indication of His covenant between the unabridged earth
Yes, somewhere over the rainbow dreams do really come true
