Before creation You had a plan
to redeem the family of man,
and because I'm in that tree,
thank-You God for thinking of me.
Even when on the cross You were nailed
Your love for mankind never failed;
as I was part of Your plea,
thank-You God for thinking of me.
When I come to You a broken reed
You already know what I need.
As I'm down on bended knee,
thank-You God for thinking of me.

Author Notes
Appreciation goes out to VMMarguarite for use of this piece entitled "Spiritual Praise." I had written this piece some time back but never got around to entering it until now. It seemed to fit the requirements, so I thought I would give it a try.
