The search for truth, a treasured trait,
is sometimes very hard to find.
When found the treasures that await,
bring peace, contentment to your mind.
To lie, deceive hurts you the most
yet, others also take offence.
The things you say, or write, or post,
remove your friends from your defence.
Just tell it straight and tell it true,
you will feel better at the end.
The truth provides the needed glue,
to bind you with a longtime friend.
Be honest then, 'til life is through-
And good things may be awaiting you.
