The grieving mother paced the halls, crying out in pain.
His red toy train left in the rain renewed her grief again.
She picked it up and threw it, bellowing his name,
out of the yard, she threw it hard, to ease her guilted shame.

A determined little boy ghost, caught between the realms
tried to send her happy signs, but she was overwhelmed.
With a sigh, her cherished guy picks up a small blue ball,
to her room, cast in gloom, he rolls it down the hall.
