Digital music's a game changer,

I've seen systems come and go,

In which music would flow,

I'd use music to escape,

Listening to an 8-track tape,

They were quick to disappear,

Overnight they were no longer here,

Many a rock anthems,

I played on record albums,

I knew there were risks,

Buying a lot of compact discs,

And who can forget,

Music taped on cassette,

I used nothing more than,

My Sony Walkman,

Now those systems are in the closet,

My music collection's in my pocket,

Every night I thank God,

For inventing the Ipod,
