contest, goodbye

My last day

My Last Day Contest Winner

I have gathered you my close family to discuss a visitation I received last evening.
The Holy Spirit of God's trinity visited me as I slept and informed me of some important news involving me and you. Now please listen closely and do not fret, for I have received news that will probably upset you, yet is awesome news that will separate us for a short time but we will be reunited in due time.
Please this is not goodbye, this is a gift from God to us. It is cast in stone so to speak I have done all now that I can do. No work is needed from me, I need only the peace of God to touch you and comfort you as I am in fact overjoyed.
Remember now keep Christ first, always know I love you, and keep your faith that God will unite us soon
I am in no pain other than pain for you at the loss of me, God took care of this so rejoice in the Lord as I join our Lord.
Praise God, and thank him for this wonderful visit.

Writing Prompt
Write a story based on what you would do if you woke up in the morning and knew it was your last day on earth. You can tell the reader how you know (i.e. a knowledge of future events, a forecast by a gypsy... whatever you want to come up with.) Would you tell the people in your life? Would you try to do good things?

Please don't let the nature of this touchy subject upset you
