          Simple strokes and masterpieces
          Inscribed in swaths of pastel puff,
          Decorated concrete creases
          Even where the texture’s rough:
          Whimsy folks with crooked aspects
          Awkward birds in bizarre trees:
          Lil’ hands become grand architects…
          Kindergarten visionaries!

          Curious, those smiling flowers –
          Hilarious, those dogs with wings.
          And in a flash, a pop-up shower
          Laves all of it to colored strings…
          Kaleidoscopic rainbow rings!
