The Time Will Come

by kahpot

the time will come when worries all can slide
all doors will open to the clearest sky
we will walk in step with our neighbours stride
to breathe fresh air

unmasked and free old faces now renewed
to hug and hold when no one can deny
and talk of future life while face to face
we'll greet the sun

the time will come to breathe fresh air
unmasked and free we'll greet the sun

Inspired by Dolly, and her beautiful poem " Lost in Love"
Hope I got it right, as this is my first attempt
