Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted
Feelings from within about a particular someone.

by Andrelyn Izquierdo

It's a word I hear whenever the phone begins to ring,
The sound of your voice flutters my little butterflies.
Reminiscing of you in every thought that I think,
Thoughts of you when my head bows back towards the sky.

All of my life, it has seemed impossible, even a myth,
My guard jumps up the minute someone gets too close.
After all of this time, dodging others, is this truly it?
Usually close-mouthed, I suddenly want to boast.

It is a feeling, once there, that cannot be unstuck,
A powerful force that cannot be put off course
You make me giggle when you joke with your "cluck"
When I gaze into your eyes, it's more than lust.

One Word Only contest entry

How broad of a term love is, yet so specific when it gets you in such a good way. The sound of the heart beat in the audio when listened all the way to the end resembles the effect of when it strikes me in a good way.
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
