Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Everything has a time and a place

A place for love

Sometimes a clown can't make us smile.
Sometimes a laugh can take a while.
Soon, we will walk in love’s sweet grace.
For deep in my heart is your place.
~
Whenever the world gets you down,
I’ll be right there to turn your frown.
Both you and I will win love’s race,
And rest in my heart, a blessed space.
~
Each night I dream you’ll come to me,
And love in your eyes, I will see.
These are the thoughts I keep inside.
 This is the love my heart can’t hide.
~
I always know just what you need.
I’m not afraid to take the lead.
If you should need to take it slow,
My loving heart wants you to know.
~
Sometimes a clown can make us smile.
Sometimes true love can take a while.
We will get there at our own pace.
Deep in our hearts love has a place.
