I just saw God for heaven's sake.

He needs a break.
Most exalted
So exhausted.

I saw angels torn feathered wings.
Some cast off things.
A rubber glove
A lifelong love.

I heard many unanswered cries.
Sad countless sighs.
I heard them pray
He turned away.
