I've been a member of this group for more than 5 years and I know others feel the same about either reviewers not getting notices of our posts or on the other hand, ourselves not being notified of our fans work in time to be rewarded better for reviewing. After all, the correct cycle as always should be....read, review; write and promote. But we can't promote at minimum personal cost, if we don't get notices in time to take advantage of dedicated writer's rewards for genuine reviewing and helpful comments. "Big phoney" is reference to earned rewards of funny or phoney site money we use to promote. Some have bounteous personal resources and promote their stuff over and over and higher and higher. However, we don't all have that advantage.
