CORONA:
1.
ASTRONOMY
The rarefied gaseous envelope of the sun and other stars. The sun's corona is normally visible only during a total solar eclipse, when it is seen as an irregularly shaped pearly glow surrounding the darkened disc of the moon.
2.
ANATOMY
A part of the body resembling or likened to a crown.
3.
CORONAVIRUS:
A pandemic unlike any other ever seen
CORONA
So we've have a total eclipse
A total eclipse of the heart
The world is changing I hear it on lips
And here we are all apart
Resembling a crown this disease of renown
Has got us by the balls
Turns everyone's smiles, to a frown
Looking forward to when it stalls
Toyota were smart dropped that model from the start
And started calling a 'corona' a 'camry'
Corona beer sales have plummeted in part
For sharing this namesake in a way
People are funny when it comes to money
They'll do anything for a quick buck
They've horded and profited on rolls from the dunny
To the needy they don't give a fuck
Brought out the best and worst in man
Oh don't forget women as well
At the mart grabbing everything they can
For 'on- selling', it's not hard to tell
When it's all over and back to civility moreover
We'll look back, be quite disgusted
Conspiracy theories of a germ warfare takeover
In countries we really entrusted
So this 'corona,' discriminates no owner
Everyone is susceptible now
Noone's immune, the piper's playing the tune
Determining, when and not how
We'll look back on 'twenty twenty'
Levelling those who had plenty
Revaluate what's important in life
Greed and warfare and human despair
We've all learned what it is to be in strife
A brand new slate and to appreciate
Every person in the world with a breath
To those who have faith I hope you bequeath
And reassess your attitude to death
