Surprise

SURPRISE!!!
Jolted by the sudden screams from inside his otherwise dark apartment Danny jumped back suddenly; knocked over the lamp and fell on the dog!
Poor Cricket was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Perhaps it's more like she was in the right place at the wrong time. In any event Danny pummeled her and we all heard the poor pup scream.
Unfortunately Danny pummeled Cricket and she hit the cake.
