Hell's Bells

The emergency meeting had been called to order. As usual, it was awfully warm.
The ruler of the demons, Beelzebub, presided.
"The boss wanted me to go over this week's plan. As you know, the coronavirus is working splendidly, and the ability to destroy human life has never been easier."
"Amen," said the choir of putrid souls.
"A bonus that cannot be ignored, is the blame the media has put upon all world leaders, especially the President of the United States, for our handiwork." {Applause.}
"This is pure genius," said the dark lord. "We have so many humans aiding us in our daily annihilation protocol. Kudos to whoever cunningly slid abortion-on-demand legislation into a pandemic aid bill."
The master of the underworld finally joined the group. "I plan to generously reward all humans who help us achieve our goals. Not that they will be around to enjoy it."

If the legislature of the United States truly wants to help, this is not the way to do it. More politically motivated abortion madness was slipped into a pandemic relief bill, along with other things to slow down the bill. Does Congress really want to help? Shouldn't this bill be about sustaining and aiding life?
