A Quiet Poem entry

Morning Serenity

by June Sargent

Like tufts of white cotton clouds drift
above the mountain range, a gift,
a sight ne'er to be forgotten.
Clouds drift like tufts of white cotton.

I see through water's reflection
amazing creation's perfection.
How wonderful my life can be,
through water's reflection I see.

Deeply calm and quiet I feel,
as nerves all frayed begin to heal,
relieving stress from inner riot.
I feel deeply calm and quiet.
