Waking up to a sunny day
golden rays reach out to kiss
The wheat blowing in the wind
The light motivates us

In younger years we take
This golden orb for granted
We focus on tangible things
And enjoy beach activities

As we age we realize suns true value
The gold of the universe
Even during the night
We have some light and warmth
