What's more painful adjustments or words?

Back Pain

Back pain is no fun at all,

whether from a sneeze or a bad fall.



My back pain seems to have a common factor,

and I know it's time to call my chiropractor.



Mine is cute, so I don't mind going,

but I DO NOT really want him knowing,



or seeing my rolls of fat on film,

when I have to look at my x-rays with him.



I asked, "Is that fat I'm seeing there?"

"I'm afraid it is and you should be aware,



that it's not good for you to be over-weight.

If you could lose a few pounds, that would be great."

I found a new chiropractor the other day,

I see him once a month to keep the backaches away.

I did have to see a Chiro in Oct for bad back pain. We did look at my x-rays and I could see my fat. My Chiro did say I should lose weight. He is very nice looking but I'm not so sure that is a good thing. I didn't find a new one. I don't see him once a month, but the next time I do, I can say I've lost 16 lbs. He'll be so proud, I'm sure. =]
