A Sedoka Entry

Island Reflection

Sedoka Contest Winner 
With tourists all gone,
waves silently lap the shore.
Sandy beach feels deserted.

Silence is golden.
With tourist season over,
islanders can enjoy peace.

The Sedoka is an unrhymed poem made up of two three-line Katauta with the following syllable count 5/7/7, 5/7/7. A Sedoka may address the same subject from differing perspectives
