I see my grandson standing
at a crossroad in his life;
Perhaps torn with fears, frustrations
and beset with doubts and strife.

I have watched as he developed,
from the womb, unto this day,
Standing strong, sincere and steady,
moving forward on his way.

By now he knows that up ahead
are where the good things lie.
With love and marriage, kids, careers
and some further tears to cry.

On his chosen road I'm sure he will
walk with faith and reverance.
'' Oft times the road not taken
can make all the difference''.
