Writing Prompt
Write a 5-7-5 syllable poem with three lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables and line three has 5 syllables.
The topic is a bird.


A favorite of mine since my California days, these birds would circle as I walked through an urban park to my job overlooking Lake Merritt.
