Pathways

Everyone walks a different pathway.  If your way is rough, filled with debris and hidden tree roots, peppered with unseen dips and scratchy branches, you must not be sorry.  For when you stop to consider, you will find you are hardier, more compassionate, full of resourcefulness and a great deal wiser than ones who follow the yellow brick road.
 
I knew a man who
labored with his crippled hands
determination
pain etched his grim face as he
conquered his limitations
