Halloween

by judester

Halloween comes creeping
as leaves fall, baring trees.
Leering cats in blackened shacks,
leap on rats greedily.

Over to the haunted woods,
where shufflin' zombies roam.
Eerie sights ~ bone chilling frights,
echo in tortured moans....

'neath old, mossy tombstones.
