I had a co-worker years ago that told me I lived in my own little world. It shocked me when she said it. I didn't know it was so obvious. =} I am the only one of my friends or family who is like me, crafty and likes to write, live in my own head. I don't talk much about the things I love. No one gets it. It can be isolating. I also love Heavy Metal music, it's the more mild verity, like Skillet, but NO ONE I hang with likes it. I think I may just be too cool for most of my friends. =} I do have co-workers into Metal so I can talk to them about it. I love my co-workers. I said the other day, "I'm just a cool old lady." My teammate, a very young man, said, "I agree with all of that but the 'old' part." I love him. =}
