A cinquain is a short usually unrhymed poem.
But writer can use a rhyme scheme if desired.
Poem can be written about any subject, you decide, rhyme scheme (if any) and meter - but; Must follow the syllable rules as specified.
Each line has a specific number of syllables,
Line 1 = 2 syllables,
Line 2 = 4 syllables,
Line 3 = 6 syllables,
Line 4 = 8 syllables
Line 5 = 2 syllables
Notes;
My family is Celebrating many Birthday's This Month (August) Including Mine!
This is the inspiration for this poem.
