They come from anywhere a drink can be found.
Their reflexes impaired, their reasoning unsound.
Their vehicles aimed like a bullet in flight,
For an unsuspecting victim traveling at night.

They swarm like bees from the clubs and bars,
wielding their weapons, shaped like cars.
How many families will lose someone dear?
How many will die before the New Year?

I wonder how many will survive
