A humerous approach to spark a serious conversation

Equal Pay!

Women can do mens' jobs we know,
so they should get equal pay is evidently so.

Some men may disagree with great disdain,
but they will just have to adjust to the strain.

Some men will support Equal Pay with resolve,
and truly get involved.

Until the boss man says it is only fair ladies,
That we must lower your pay to that of the ladies
