Broken Love (Minute Poem)

This broken love surrounds my soul.
You held control.
You let me go
to drown in woe.

Regrets lie bitter on my mind.
Should I be blind?
I could not see
you poisoned me.

But I will not concede to this.
For I'll not miss
these burdens found.
My strength now sound.
