Come sit by the fire

Come sit by the fire.
Your body is cold and your soul filled with desire.
Sit, catch your breath, take a break and escape the mire.

First hot soup and a blanket to thaw the ice
Then wouldn't some warm compassionate conversation be nice?

Come sit with me by the fire.
