A jealous poem

fleeting angst.

by judester

The cheerleader sighs,
crying she sways.
Danny broke off with her
yesterday.

She reels in angst,
clutching his letter.
The new girl sweeps in,
wearing his sweater.

Just when she thinks
she could faint to the floor.
There's a note on her locker ~
from the cute boy next door.
