The Corinthian Order of Architecture

A Corinthian Capital

by Colin Lowley

And let your eyes behold

Carved to unfold
Ornate to create
Rounded state
Indelible mate
Never to forsake
Tender stem
Humble gem
Invisible sublime
Attention underlined
Never go blind

Capital high
Apex entwined
Picture frame rhyme
Impossible climb
Teach humankind
Always in time
Lesson to remind
