Love can make anyone see the light

I see the light

by Blue Hendrix

Eyes opened, can't see.
The haunting darkness surrounds me.
An eerie silence floods the room.
I feel a sensation of gloom and doom.

Suddenly a strange sensation,
I feel your presence in my location.
The fog lifts and my world is bright.
you're the star that lights up my night.

I hear your caring voice calling my name.
Then the darkness is irrelevant,
it's all the same.
It doesn't matter if these eyes ever see again.
My spirit is lifted my souls on the mend.

A gentle hand softly touches my hair.
My world remains safe as long as you're there.
So many years of blindness; was it all an illusion?
All I needed was you to end my pain and confusion.

When our emotions collided with perfect precision,
You helped me find my inner vision.
Now I don't need my eyes to see.
Your love shows me everything perfectly.
