Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
haiku suite

spring

sun-struck daffodils
bloom on craggy mountainside
tranquil Spring morning
 
creeping pink phlox
cascade over garden wall
frosted rockery
 
grape hyacinths grow
beneath the blooming lilac tree
royal flush
 
candy cotton tulips
stand row after row
pastel pleasures
 
lichens flourish
on moss-covered river birch
embellishments
 
storm clouds
build in azure sky
April showers
